Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pyramid Display Materials, we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition; however, if you are not completely satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Service

  Notify our support team via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the exterior of the box and ship the package back to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or credit note will be processed within 7-10 business days.
