What are your standard delivery lead times?
We offer next-day delivery for all in-stock items ordered before 4:00 PM. Custom conversions or specialized large-format substrates may require an additional 24-48 hours for processing.
Can I request custom sizes for sheet materials?
Yes, we provide a precision in-house cutting service. You can specify your required dimensions for acrylic, foam PVC, and composite panels during the checkout process or by contacting your account manager.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect goods?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days. We will arrange a collection and provide a full replacement or credit for valid claims.
Do you offer credit accounts for business customers?
We do. Regular trade customers can apply for a 30-day net credit account subject to status and credit checks. Please download the application form from our 'Trade Accounts' page.
Are your products compliant with fire safety regulations?
The majority of our display materials, including textiles and rigid boards, carry industry-standard fire ratings (such as Class B1 or M1). Technical data sheets and certifications are available for download on each product page.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
While there is no strict minimum order value, orders over £150 qualify for free standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses. Smaller orders will incur a nominal carriage fee based on weight and dimensions.
