Briteline Monomeric Clear Laminate

The Briteline® Clear Laminate series offers a reliable solution for protecting digitally printed images. This self-adhesive film features a transparent, monomeric calendered vinyl face that is UV stabilized, providing up to 3 years of external colour stability. With a permanent water-based adhesive, it adheres effectively to vinyl printed with solvent, eco-solvent, and latex inks but is not recommended for UV prints due to potential silvering.

The product comes with a 62 g/m² glassine liner that ensures smooth adhesive application. All products in the Briteline® Clear Laminate range are REACH & RoHS compliant, making them a safe and dependable choice for your lamination needs.

Usage Instructions:

• Preparation: Ensure printed media dries for at least 24 hours prior to lamination.
• Application: Laminate without applying tension to the media for optimal results.
• Durability: Expected vertical outdoor durability in Central Europe is 3 years, with performance based on artificial aging tests (ISO 4892-2). Note that exposure to extreme temperatures, UV light, and environmental pollutants can accelerate degradation.

Shelf Life:

• Storage: For best results, store the product at 23°C with 50% relative humidity. Shelf life is up to 2 years under these conditions. Higher temperatures and humidity may reduce the shelf life.
